We all share in the belief that Soap Box Derby racing affords families the opportunity to spend quality time together and kids the opportunity to learn valuable lessons of life. Derby racing helps develop character in young kids and the building and racing experience fosters self-confidence, self-motivation and engages the families and the community in a great American past time. The main reason is it’s just a lot of fun for the kids, our families and it’s a great opportunity to gather as a community and celebrate the accomplishment of these young folks.
